Our conformance target

An accessibility conformance target is the published standard a product measures itself against. This website is designed and built to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the level the DOJ’s ADA Title II web rule sets for state and local government web content. In practice, that means semantic landmarks and heading order, descriptive link text, a skip link to the main content, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, visible keyboard focus, full keyboard operability, and labelled form controls.

We test with automated tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time audit. Where a third-party component or embedded content falls short, we work to remediate or replace it.

Reporting an accessibility barrier

If you encounter content or functionality on this site that is difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to hear about it. Email support@inframindai.com with the page URL, the barrier you encountered, and the assistive technology and browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and to provide the information you need in an accessible format in the meantime.
