Trust & Compliance
InfraMind Trust & Compliance Center
One place for the security, accessibility, and data-residency information public-sector evaluators and AEC partners need — stated plainly, with nothing overstated as a held certification.
Quick answer. The InfraMind Trust & Compliance Center documents how InfraMind meets public-sector due-diligence requirements: security controls (encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, SSO, audit logging, and tenant isolation), US-only data residency, a website that targets WCAG 2.1 AA, and a way to reach us with security questions. We never claim a certification we do not hold.
What the InfraMind Trust Center covers
A trust center is the consolidated, buyer-facing record of a vendor’s security, compliance, accessibility, and data-handling posture — the artifacts a CIO, contracting officer, or AEC partner reviews before a public agency can adopt software. InfraMind is AI capital planning software for public infrastructure, so this center is written for government due diligence: it favors honest status over marketing claims, and links to the detailed pages your evaluators will request.

Data residency and where your data lives
Data residency is the requirement that customer data is stored and processed within a defined jurisdiction — for US public agencies, within the United States. InfraMind hosts all customer data in US-based regions of a major cloud provider, with no storage outside the United States. Because InfraMind is the planning layer that sits on top of your EAM and GIS, it works from a copy of the asset and condition data needed to model deterioration and funding scenarios; your operational system of record stays where it is.
Procurement readiness
Procurement readiness is whether a vendor can actually be bought by a public agency. InfraMind is bought through direct procurement — a quote or a response to your RFP — priced as an annual subscription scoped to your portfolio and agency size. To plan a purchase, see How to Buy InfraMind and the capital planning software RFP requirements guide.
